About the Foundation
Stellaris Keystone Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to reduce homelessness in our region. We believe a stable home is the foundation for everything else: health, work, family, and hope. Our goal is to help adults, older adults, veterans, young people, and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness find a safe home and the support they need to keep it.
Housing First
We follow a Housing First approach. That means we believe people should not have to "prove" they are ready for a home before they get one. We help people move into housing as quickly as possible and then offer support that fits their needs, such as help with benefits, connecting to health care and behavioral health services, budgeting, and building a stable routine.
What We Are Building
What We Are Building
The Foundation is working to launch a Permanent Supportive Housing program in our region. Permanent Supportive Housing combines a stable home with ongoing support services, so people who have struggled with long-term homelessness can stay housed and rebuild their lives.

We are proud to be a member of the Foothills Housing Network, the regional partnership working to end homelessness in our area. We work alongside local agencies, community organizations, and service providers so no one has to find their way alone.
