Who We Accept

Keystone Connections accepts referrals for adults ages 18 and older, including older adults and veterans, with a developmental or intellectual disability, such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and related conditions, who live in or near our service area.

How Payment Works

  • Medicaid, through Virginia's Developmental Disability (DD) Waivers
  • Veterans benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Long-term care insurance (we provide the paperwork you need to file your claim)
  • Private Pay
